Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Leak It mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all content you post ("Leaks", comments, media). By posting, you grant Leak It a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for what you post.
3. Location Data
Leak It collects precise and approximate location data to power core map features. We do not sell your location data to third parties. You may enable Fuzz Location to obfuscate your exact position by up to 100 meters.
4. Ephemeral Content
Leaks automatically expire and are deleted from the active feed per their Time-to-Live setting (1 to 72 hours). We make no guarantee that expired content can be recovered. Anchored leaks may be retained for notification purposes.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or that impersonates another person or entity. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create or operate a business Hub.
7. Reporting & Moderation
Users may report content that violates these Terms. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information posted by users is not verified by Leak It.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leak It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on user-generated content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
